Ballot of the International Shoulder Group

July, 2006

Instructions: The six candidates listed alphabetically below have accepted nominations to potentially serve as Board members of the International Shoulder Group (ISG). As a member of the ISG, please vote for up to FIVE of these candidates. All candidates have agreed to serve up to a four year term, with half rotating off the board such that future elections will be staggered. Specific positions on the board (President, Secretary, etc.) and term length will be determined by an internal process of the new board members once elected. The ballot must be returned by email to or or regular mail to Vandana Phadke, Program in PT, MMC 388, The University of Minnesota, 420 Delaware St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455, by September 1, 2006. As the ISG is a Technical Group of the International Society of Biomechanics (ISB), eligible voters must be members of both the ISB and ISG. Please verify ISB membership below. To maintain anonymity of voters, any identifying information will be removed from paper copies of the ballot (all email ballots will be printed to hard copy) prior to officially recording and tabulating ballots. Thank you for your participation in this process.
